Well I must admit I'm very impressed with the donks first session. Getting 6 double ups in under 2 hours 4 tabling is fine work. A key part of a "grade A" donk is someone who reads too much into a good winning session and then believes they are invincible. Hopefully my donk will ignore the short term results and focus on improving his game and discipline.
Looking at the hand in where donk lost his stack. I don't mind him 3 betting the villain if he has been stealing regularly and 108s is a good hand to 3 bet with as if you do happen to get a call you are not likely to be dominated. I like the flop bet as the board is representable plus the fact he has a straight draw. Where the big error is made is on the turn. Once villain has called bet on flop, I feel donk needs to shut down as nearly any bet he makes will be pot committing and he only has 10 high. My advice would have been to check the turn hoping villain prices him in or checks through giving free card. Given villains stack, I believe once he has called the flop bet he will nearly always go whole way with hand.

First Session Wrap-up
Donk here: Well just over 2 hours on FT and I racked up a 6 buy-in profit. My buy-ins are half max $10's on the .10/.25 tables. I didn't lose a full stack at any stage and avoided all of my usual brain meltdowns................................ except one.
Knowing my session was going to be reviewed was enough to tighten me up, reign in my blufftastic tendencies and keep my internal mad gambler at bay ...... almost completely. Mr. Hyde did emerge at one point where my paranoia told me the goose to the left was trying to bluff me off my blind. I defended my 10,8 suited with a 3-bet and proceded to pump money in on the flop and turn with a straight draw. Of course I didnt hit and his 2nd top pair stood up.

Donk here: Plan is to use an existing Full Tilt Account with $100 in it for my training sessions. I have played for a while, so will be 4-tabling 9-seaters to reduce boredom and to increase the pressure a little. I will be playing .10c/.25c to begin with and we'll see how I go.
My personal objective is to use my coaching to instill discipline in my game and teach me how to accumulate cash rather than have a shitload of fun while donking off my hard-earned. I shall resort to other forms of self-gratification once the poker session is finished.

The Donk: Donk here. Been playing poker like an asswipe for 'bout 2 years. Have run up a roll, blown it, run it up, drawn it down, run it up and generally blabbed it away with indisciplined play and random stupidity.
